I understand that in order to fulfill my responsibilities as an organizer within Mosaic Atlanta Inc. (hereafter “Mosaic”), I ______ (name) will have access to non-public information, including confidential and privileged personal information. For the purposes of this agreement, confidential information means personal information that is not or will not be generally available to the public. Privileged information means personal information which cannot be disclosed without the prior written consent of Mosaic’s Administrative Committee.
I _____ (name) agree to use non-public information only in performance of my responsibilities to Mosaic. I agree further that I will not disclose, publish, divulge, release, or make known in any manner or to any extent any non-public information that I may obtain in connection with the performance of my responsibilities to Mosaic to any individual other than: (1) Mosaic Administrative Committee Members or (2) individuals designated by Mosaic’s Administrative Committee.
I _____ (name) agree to abide by the policies laid out by Mosaic’s Technology Committee with regards to use of all organizational resources, including but not limited to Google Drive and all other shared folders.
If I violate this agreement, I understand that my access to member information, access to any other resources within Mosaic, and membership within Mosaic may be suspended or revoked. I also understand that legal action may be taken, if appropriate.
