ABC: Community Activation Program

ABC is an 8-week cohort-based training program for Mosaic Atlanta members who are ready to go deeper into community organizing. You’ll learn the frameworks, tools, and skills that make movements work — and you’ll practice them alongside a small group of people you already know and trust.

• How the Mosaic Atlanta membership pipeline works and why it’s built the way it is
• How to run a 1-on-1 orientation call and a vetting conversation
• How to onboard new members and build lasting committee culture
• Digital security, mutual aid infrastructure, and the tools we use

Who This Is For

Active Mosaic Atlanta members who have been through the membership process and are ready to take on more. You don’t need any prior organizing experience — you need commitment, curiosity, and time.
