Our strategy is strength in numbers.
Records is step one because Records knows who those numbers are. Membership isn't a subscription. It's a consistent commitment of time. Here's what that means: listen to others, make decisions, communicate consistently with our voice, develop tools to take action, present those tools to local networks in neighborhoods across the city, bring people to work with us.
If you're not here to do that work, if this is just a social stop, you'll be better off somewhere else. No hard feelings. But we don't pretend this is a party, and we're not going to waste your time.

4. Research
- Ideas grounded in the working class. We talk to people systematically: canvasses, events, surveys.
- Research into root causes and strategy. People and companies to confront. Systems to understand. The why behind the what.
- Ten-point plan: synthesizing what we've learned into action. Update from June 3 meeting.
- Housing justice: Housing Justice League, tenant organizing.
- ICE defense: KYR materials refresh, rapid response.
- Take the barriers survey →

5. Outreach
- We don't plan on doing this alone. We're part of many coalitions that work for justice. But this is the one that best honors their time, helps them onboard other people, has systems that create actions, helps people take action, publish, and reach others. Anyone can do it and have it.
- Some recent progress. We've been active with many orgs across the city. Institutional outreach is underway and drafts are written.
- Social media guidelines: drafted, under review. Our voice, our words, our systems.
- Standing presence: flyering/tabling with ICE self-defense zines. Doraville MARTA? 2×/week?
- Submit an event →

6. Wellness
- The system wants you exhausted, isolated, and out of the fight. This committee exists so you don't quit.
- Conflict resolution policy: draft in progress. Conflicts are inevitable. How we handle them is a choice. We choose to solve problems before they blow up.
- Proposed activities: ready to lead:
- Canvassing training: door-to-door basics, script, safety, de-escalation.
- Critique group: review progress, accountability, group feedback.
